Job Summary:

NationsBenefits is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Client Services to lead and oversee clients, across multiple business lines, within NationsBenefits’ client services department. The Vice President is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth across NationsBenefits’ portfolio of benefits. You will manage a team of client services professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to NationsBenefits clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client management, a deep understanding of the industry, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client relationships across NationsBenefits’ portfolio of product offerings, in addition to providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure your team continues and flourishes across all aspects of professional development.
  • Develop and implement client services strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact and addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of client services initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company's client services department.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
  • Manage client contracts and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to clients highlighting performance and potential areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior client services management role, preferably as a Vice President or Director.
  • Deep understanding of client services principles, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. This is a player-coach role that includes hands-on, lead by example actions.
  • Technical knowledge/understanding with the ability to effectively communicate concepts and strategies across client and cross functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
