Job Summary:

As a Print Procurement Project Manager, you will work closely with the Print Procurement, Creative Services and Print Operations team to ensure process steps are clear to all teams. You will hold teams accountable to agreements, deadlines, and deliverables. Collaborating cross-functionally between Operations, Finance, Creative Services, IT and Client Services teams to achieve the goals of the company and ensure delivery of millions of member documents per year. You will oversee various processes with the goal to track overall deliverables, costs, and keep laser focus on deadlines. Initiate team kick-off meetings, project scope, project milestones, timelines, and expectations. You will need to have effective communication and partnership skills to work with cross functional teams.

This position requires a strategic thinker who’s extremely organized and possesses excellent communication skills and acute attention to detail, as well as the capacity to manage multiple projects with ease and efficiency. Interacts with internal Creative, Client Services, Print Production, and Client stakeholders in the formulation of a plan for directing and tracking communications solutions.

This position will work from our corporate headquarters in Plantation, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages Integrated Marketing Strategies: Collaborates with various teams (Creative, Finance, etc.) to implement marketing plans and oversees project execution.
  • Schedules and Tracks Projects: Develops project plans, tracks progress of hundreds of tasks, and keeps projects on schedule, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Coordinates Creative Process: Works with internal and external teams on creative planning, reviews daily work schedules, and ensures all assets are available before starting creative tasks.
  • Maintains Project Management System: Updates project management system with revision orders, revised schedules, and project statuses. Publishes weekly reports to keep departments informed.
  • Ensures Quality Control: Oversees quality assurance (QA) of copy, artwork, and proofs, and ensures adherence to approval processes.
  • Facilitates Client Communication: Manages client communication through the project management system, retrieves client-approved materials, and ensures sign-offs.
  • Supports Production and Delivery: Assists with production schedules, arranges delivery of samples, and forwards completed jobs for finalization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years Project Management, Print Procurement, Marketing, or related experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Adobe Software, and an understanding of creative & print vendor spec requirements.
  • Multitask, work in a fast-paced workplace environment, and remain positive and productive.
  • Strong prioritization of workload effectively, as well as superior work quality.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including a team-oriented approach to management of customers’ needs.
  • Consistently meet deadlines and work in a cross-functional capacity.
  • High standards for excellence and quality.
  • Experience in Wrike or similar project management tools
  • Maintains current computer skills related to daily job functions.
